With the sound, color and playback quality after editing the "visibly" damaged VHS tapes of our wedding over 25 years ago, we have recovered a piece of the most valuable history. Very uncomplicated processing with dispatch to Mediadig and prompt feedback that films had been received. The return was also uncomplicated and worked well.
I had no direct contact, but everything went as described - and smoothly. I am very satisfied with the digitized data. I had sent in some really old negatives and was surprised that the pictures turned out so well. Some of the pictures were nothing, but that was due to the medium and not to Mediadig. We also have some old videos, which will be next :-)
