I was generally very well looked after in Izmir. The operation went extremely well, but unfortunately no simulation of how the nose should look was made beforehand. I recommend doing a simulation beforehand. Nevertheless, the doctor explained everything well and the operation and presentation were successful. I would like to thank the team, especially Fadime, who took wonderful care of me and accompanied me. I can only warmly recommend Medicalfly.

I arranged an ear surgery through Medicalfly. From the first WhatsApp contact to the first phone call, everything went really smoothly. The ladies and gentlemen I spoke to were very nice and patiently answered all my questions.

Everything also went smoothly on site. The supervisors, who are also the interpreters, were very nice and responded to all questions and needs immediately.

The consultation at the hospital actually went very quickly, so to speak. But the result was still good. The surgeon Dr. Ozgur Avincsal is super nice and calm. Responds to many questions in a matter-of-fact, professional and calm manner.
The night after the operation in the hospital, unfortunately many of the staff could hardly speak English, which led to language barriers and misunderstandings. We had to ask for water or similar 2-3 times, but Medicalfly cannot be held responsible for this. Maybe you can just pay attention to this in the future.

Several check-up appointments went just as smoothly and further questions were always well received and explained.

I am satisfied with the result.

I would like to share my extremely positive experience with Medical Fly! I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr.
Aykut who performed an excellent rhinoplasty on me. The result far exceeded my expectations
- I am more than satisfied! Dr. Aykut not only has fantastic technical skills, but also a wonderful way of communicating his expertise in an understandable way. He explained further care and treatment at home in detail, which helped me a lot.
A big thank you also goes to my caregiver and interpreter Fadime, who was there for me day and night. She never missed a wish and I felt very comfortable with her. Although I am sure there are many other professional staff at Medical Fly, Dr. Aykut and Fadime left a special impression on me.
I highly recommend Medical Fly and especially Dr. Aykut and Fadime!

From the 1st consultation, here Elif and Meltem - by phone, very nice advice and good communication. The journey is uncomplicated. The driver Hüsseyn picks you up and is super nice. Our local supervisors Sevinç and Fadime do a good job and are super nice, made us feel comfortable and looked after us well. The dental clinic and its doctors, from dentists to implantologists, are professional and very nice, especially with anxious patients. The caregivers are present everywhere and talk to the doctors and also translate everything if you don't speak the language. I would choose medicalfly again at any time as I have had good experiences. My treatment went extremely well and I hope it stays that way. Many thanks to medicalfly.

I was in Izmir via Medical Fly in December, I am totally dissatisfied with my operation result, there was a phone call with the doctor and my contact person, unfortunately they both did not respond to my needs and focused all the time on a new operation, which I do not need yet at 25. I listened to several surgical opinions from my city and am now having an expert opinion written, on the day I arrived I was also alone, they said that Medicalfly had a bereavement and supposedly had no one to replace me. I felt alone. I think it's a shame that no solution can be found and that the phone calls and discussions to find a solution are postponed again and again.

I was in Izmir with medicalfly for rectus idiastasis repair, abdominoplasty, liposuction and a dental implant. The care provided by medicalfly and the availability was good at all times. The selected experts (surgeon for cosmetic surgery and dentist for dental implant) made a very! good impression.
We were able to address two minor points of criticism during the entire process and they responded immediately.

Right from the start, Medicalfly was super friendly, helpful and courteous, both on the phone and on arrival. Meltem looked after me really well in the hospital, she was always there for me and took away my fear of the operation. The hospital was clean and the nurses and doctors were all very friendly. I felt comfortable and the operation went well. Overall, everything was well organized.
