Ich habe mich sehr gut bei Frau Groth aufgehoben gefühlt. In den Terminen war sie sehr feinfühlig und hakte genau an den richtigen Punkten noch mal nach. Ich würde immer wieder ein Coaching bei Frau Groth machen.

Das Coaching bei Frau Groth hat mir als Führungskraft auch mit wenigen Einheiten neue Blicke auf mich selbst ermöglicht. Wir konnten gemeinsam Verbesserungspotenzial herausarbeiten und ich konnte für mich neue Arbeitsansätze und Denkweisen entdecken, die mir ohne das Coaching vielleicht verborgen geblieben werden. Insbesondere, dass Frau Groth immer erwartet hat, dass ich die Themen für unsere Termine selbst mitbringe, hat die Termine anlassbezogen stattfinden lassen können und hat zu einer hohen Selbstreflexion geführt.
