I can only warmly recommend mein-arbeitszeugnis.com. There were a few ambiguities in my reference and most of it was written using software. Mein-arbeitszeugnis.com broke everything down exactly. After a single phone call, my person and working methods were so well and empathetically understood that I recognized myself as a mirror image in the newly edited text. All ambiguities were resolved in a positive way. I was also advised on how to approach the employer, so that he accepted all the changes 1:1. It couldn't be better. The cooperation is sporadic, as we are only small - but whenever something comes up, she thinks her way into the tasks or the profiles of the employees very well. Ms. Kilian advised me very well and in detail (by mail and in a detailed phone call). My certificates should represent a period of 20 years, not an easy task, with many different activities. I needed the testimonials within 2 days, that was no problem at all and Ms. Kilian delivered the testimonials on time.
