We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. Our aim is to produce high quality art prints and to give our customers the assurance that they will receive them. To ensure this, we check each image for possible quality defects before printing. Unfortunately, it can happen that a motif does not reach the required quality in the desired size. In such cases, we inform our customers immediately and give them the choice of choosing a different motif, canceling the order or having the image printed in a lower quality anyway. However, we explicitly advise against printing and prefer not to sell in order to ensure that only first-class products leave our premises so that every art lover receives a flawless, perfect quality print. We are sure that we are acting in the interests of our customers and thank you for your understanding.
