My satisfaction isn't even dampened by the fact that, contrary to the delivery address I provided (it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, as it was both her wedding anniversary and her birthday), the package was delivered to my home instead.

The print quality is exceptional. The frame and overall craftsmanship are a testament to professional skill.
And let’s not forget the excellent shipping packaging. It’s very elaborate, but given the value of the item, it’s well worth it.

An entirely positive experience. The order took a while to complete, but the delivery time was actually slightly shorter than promised. The quality of the paper and the printing (colors, details, etc.) is not just good, it's excellent. Even a print is a work of art in its own right. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.

I would recommend Meisterdrucke without hesitation. From first placing the order to final delivery, an outstanding service. I wanted a print of Albrecht Durer's Young Hare picture as I had one which had been ruined by water damage. I could not find one anywhere on line in the UK to the exact dimensions I wanted. So I found Meisterdrucke in Austria and decided to place an order. The replacement is far better quality than the one I had originally. Also the service is outstanding - you are kept informed the whole time of the process and they delivered ahead of schedule (even though we are close to Christmas). The packaging is excellent and they included some beautiful postcards. All in all an outstanding customer experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The delivery by Bpost was absolutely disastrous.
The reported delivery time made no sense at all. There was no ringing and no delivery on the scheduled day.
There was also no clear information given about what was going to happen to the package then.
Bpost to be avoided at all costs.
