Sale 2-Zi-Whg Tübingen 7/23: Mr. Merz estimated a fair and realistic price range and also kept to it during the sale, so nothing unrealistic promised just to get an order. Very accessible, gave news promptly on his own initiative, answered queries well and quickly and, when asked, helped to overcome the delay on the part of property management/notary.
