Initially, I was rather skeptical about buying a car online. After the first phone call, the concerns were dispelled. From the beginning to the end of the process really great support. Every step was explained in detail. If a call was not picked up, then a call back came in a short time. Very positive was also the experience with the transport company - from contact to delivery top and very sympathetic. All in all, a clear recommendation!

Buying a used car online abroad is of course a bit of an adventure. Thanks to the really very competent support and processing, everything went smoothly. You are very well guided through the process and the risks are minimized as much as possible. Our supervisor (Mr. Bijelonjic) was very friendly, committed and helpful. If you intend to import a vehicle - which is not available in Austria or only very expensive - Mircardo is definitely a very reliable and recommendable partner.

From the first contact I had the feeling to be in good hands.
The entire purchase process (Q5 from Munich to Styria) was always carried out correctly, competently and with personal commitment on the part of micardo by Mr. Bijelonjic.
In addition to the sound advice, the quick response to my inquiries speaks for the provider. Time delays in processing were situation-related (keyword "Corona") and for this reason understandable.
Conclusion: fair, customer-oriented, recommendable.

Always pleasant friendly voice and reliable feedback for questions. The price - performance ratio would normally certainly also be satisfactory, but has been disturbed in my case by Corona. That's why it took a very long time. I therefore omit this point in the evaluation.
