My (26m) financial knowledge is not the best. A nasty advisor could take advantage of that and try hard to sell me things that are not for my best and only serve his own benefit. What sets Michael apart from other advisors is that he places a lot of emphasis on transparency. No question is left unanswered, everything is explained.
What I find very special is his motivation to impart so much knowledge to each client that you gradually become your own consultant. Here, no one is kept from anything, there are no secrets. Of course, if you understand so much about finance that you don't need an advisor anymore, you take the work off your hands. At the same time, you become independent and can make your own decisions. So, in the end, the advisor remains just that: an advisor to whom you can turn. And not a mysterious economic wizard to whom you blindly entrust your financial resources and hope for the best.

I am enthusiastic about working with Michael. Not only does he act in the best interest of the client, but he also imparts a lot of knowledge that gives me confidence in any future decisions.

You can always reach him and approach him. He explains things clearly and if you don't understand something, he explains it until you do. Which brings us to my last point.
Michael takes so much time for the customer that it can sometimes take a little longer than planned. If you have your appointment and are notified shortly before that it will be a few minutes later, you have to be patient. Unfortunately, this can sometimes take a little longer than "a little longer". This is exactly how I once took away the appointment of the person after me.

At the beginning I had great concerns about the whole topic of consulting, because I have heard a lot of negative things about the general topic of consulting and I was really afraid to be ripped off, especially because I am still "young and inexperienced". But Michael has taken away my fear and always advised me in detail and super. I got an answer to every question in the shortest possible time and he always took time for me. I have been in contact with Michael Novotny for about a year now. I am 21 years old and to be honest I have hardly had any good experiences with financial or insurance advisors. When I was 16/17, I was already in contact with a financial advisor who unfortunately insured as much as possible for me, even though I didn't need much of it at all. At the time, however, I didn't know anything about these issues and thought she knew what would be important for me. At some point I met Michael and he showed me that there can be very good advisors. He helped me cancel the insurances I didn't need and explained each topic in detail so that afterwards there were no more questions left. I now only have the insurances that I really need, but I would also like to continue working with Michael in the future. A huge advantage for me is that we make the appointments online. If I have a problem, a question or a request, an appointment is made at short notice, which then takes place online. In doing so, the time that one needs is taken and no questions are left unanswered. But even if you don't have time, the appointment can go faster. Michael's service is top. For example, I sometimes get mail sent to me, which I may not understand 100%. Then I take a picture of the document, send it to him via WhatsApp and he explains it to me so that I understand the letter. He makes a note of important dates or deadlines himself in his calendar, although they are not for a few months, and you are contacted shortly before so that you can take care of them together in time. I trust him and know without any doubt that he will only pick out the best rates for me and that I can feel secure.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about and can recommend Michael Novotny 100%.

Overall, I am more than satisfied with Michael. He offers far beyond his duties other offers that are always tailored to the customer. If several directions are pending, he first asks which direction would be best (as with any consultant), but beyond that he explains exactly how he came to this offer and offers several products from the division with different advantages and disadvantages from which you can still choose.

The biggest advantage over other consultants I see in the goal Michaels. Beyond the satisfaction of the customer he wants to promote here particularly the independence and the knowledge, in order to deal with the sold product. In doing so, he gets into the individual previous experiences of the customer and gradually builds up the knowledge. If the knowledge is present and one has own suggestions and ideas one can bring in these at any time and trust thereby in its honest opinion. However, he also emphasizes quite specifically that he can also be wrong in these points and if it is the explicit wish of the customer, this is also implemented ("The customer is king" is capitalized here whereby he always remains on a level with him).

Another massive plus point is the flexible accessibility. You always have the opportunity to contact him via WhatsApp or mail and can expect to receive a timely response (usually within half an hour). Even if you as a customer can only bring a little time, he offers several shorter appointments that can be combined with other activities on the side (Ex: laptop/tablet/mobile... while cooking at the side and still be able to expect competent advice). In total, the first appointments take about 1 hour each until the contract is signed, and about 30 minutes for each additional (potential) follow-up appointment. In my view, these follow-up appointments are not necessarily professional, but rather in the interest of the customer. From my point of view, he does not have to keep these appointments, but he keeps them regularly with the customer (distance freely selectable, but 3-6 monthly recommended by him). He always offers several alternatives, which are explained clearly, and he specifically states his motivation for wanting to change or to stay with a change.

Finally, I can say: In my private environment I have several people who have lost a lot of money through investments (up to 30,000 €), but overall I have an extremely safe feeling with him not "to be fooled" or "to be pulled over the table". I think that I can best clarify my satisfaction.
