My tip: Anyone looking for coaching training should definitely look into Michael's offerings.
You, your team and the premises exude great hospitality, so learning goes well in this atmosphere. You convey the content with the necessary theory and substantiate it with vivid examples from your coaching practice. In doing so, you keep the well-being of all participants in mind. Distance is relative: You carefully integrate online participants into the event, whether as a whole group or in group work.
Again and again, you invite interesting and successful personalities as co-speakers who convey content from their own perspective. Frank Bethmann, Walter Kohl, Lizz Görgl, Matthias Stach to name just a few.
And now something very crucial: I have already been able to successfully apply many of the contents I learned in practice.
