As a generally skeptical prospective customer towards coaching, I started the Entrepreneur Coaching with Mike Bergmann in August 2021.

First and foremost, the following topic moved me to participate in the coaching "regular income through maintenance contracts". After completing the coaching with sweaty palms during the video recording, my aspiration was that the investment would pay for itself in 18 months.

What can I say, after a very short time it "clicked" and we started thinking exclusively in terms of managed services. Thanks to the solution flyers adapted to our CI, our managed services sold more easily than expected. After about 4 months the investment paid for itself, after about 7 months we were able to cover over 100% of our fixed costs.

We are now expanding our services and I am sure to take part in another coaching session with Mike Bergmann at a later date.

I have been in the implementation coaching of Mike Bergmann and his team for about 4 weeks now.
The solution flyers and AGB/BVB were certainly the deciding factor to participate in the coaching.

As a lone fighter for 25 years now, I still have the problem of having to play fireman. In the technical area it all works well, but everything around it was somehow stepmotherly treated.

Mike asks the right questions here and helps me to reflect on myself, my goals, wishes and perhaps also my fears. And if the mountain of weekly tasks seems too big, he and his team are always easily accessible and give answers and advice.

Hi Mike, there is nothing to thank here, I have to thank you and your team for the support and all that around. You do it really great and at eye level. I'm already longer than the planned 6 months in it but has other reasons, all the better that you then get the chance for small money to go further and not simply thrown out or you may remain further for higher amounts inside. Also that you can take a 2te person for a one-time amount with it is not self-evident. What has really brought me the coaching so far, it has shown with ways, structures, processes and products with which one can build up and lead a system house as a MSP provider from zero to the top, if one gets involved in it and also implements it so. The solution flyers, terms and conditions and BVB alone are the hammer and were adopted by me 1:1. We just started selling via the flyers, but what can I say, it works. We also got involved and bought the Visoma ticket system together with SAP One, which is currently being set up at our company. We started with the ticket system in the stand alone version and are really enthusiastic about it. Again it is important to get involved and not try to squeeze your world into the new one but be open to new processes. Here we have been very closely supported by Fokus MSP who have managed everything for us and supported us very much. We also got to know this combination in coaching and received recommendations from CEOs who are already using it. Whereby we are already at one of the most important topics for me, the live calls that take place once a week via web session, here you meet about 70 to 100 CEOs all purely from IT, which is really the hammer what you get here for NOW How or can ask yourself and all almost always have topics that have already affected you. This is one of the most important points for me, that you are among yourselves, only IT people! In short, you always have a contact person, in Mike's team, in the FB groups or in the calls, you get everything you need here to successfully build your business, now it's just up to you. Thank you Mike and team for everything so far.

The content is very to the point and hits the nerve of every system house manager. The problems are the same for everyone and Mike has excellent solutions and great materials.

The most valuable content for us so far are the GTC, BVB and the solution flyers.

Our most important result so far is that we now have clearly structured and legally secure contracts.

I recommend the coaching to all IT entrepreneurs who are not making as much progress with their company as they would like. Mike's implementation coaching has taken our company a big step forward.
The most valuable content was definitely the contract templates and the strategies behind them.
As a result, the strategies and documents saved us a lot of time and allowed us to focus directly on the customers.

The structure of the modules in the implementation coaching was particularly valuable for me, as I tend to be spontaneous and scatterbrained. An essential component was that I was able to get to know myself better, even with my deficits and limitations. Especially in the discussions with my sparring partner, I was able to find structures and ways of implementation that had previously been completely inaccessible to me. I was also able to reduce deficits in self-organization and time management and strengthen my focus on achieving personal goals.
On our way from a retailer and service provider for private and corporate customers to a managed service provider in the IT system house, it was particularly important to find and implement a suitable organization in the company in the first place. Maybe I knew it, but already in the first two weeks of coaching I realized that I was standing in my own way with old beliefs.

This was the strongest change for me personally and at the same time the surprise badly, because how often do you sit down in everyday life in peace and rethink your own image.

There are four of us in our company. EDV-Notruf exists now for 20 years with the main focus on MSP, data center hosting for customers as well as deep security and network know-how up to 3rd level support for other IT companies.

We have been enjoying corporate coaching since summer 2021 and are highly satisfied and enthusiastic about the benefits on the one hand and the results already achieved on the other.

Most valuable for us so far has been the topic of time management and to a small extent the organization and most of all the topic of managed services and IT flat rate. After such a short time, we were able to increase maintenance revenues by 25% in the very short time of 3 months, thanks to a new model and a perfectly rounded concept.

Even though we have done a lot of things right in the last few years, set up many things such as cloud, managed services, etc. very early on and always looked ahead to what awaits us, it was always the proverbial hamster wheel in everyday life that inhibited us again and again. The overall concept, which was good but had small weaknesses that always made the wheel rumble a bit, has now become completely rounded and the individual components mesh perfectly.

What we were very surprised about is the fact that the first results really show in all areas so far after a very short time already. And that with a relatively small amount of time.

I am writing this review because I am absolutely convinced that I made the right decision. The financial outlay we have made has already been more than worthwhile and is paying for itself very quickly. I can only recommend to my colleagues in IT to get involved with this topic. It's worthwhile and brings an incredible boost to all departments in the company. From my point of view, you have to be incredibly perfectly positioned not to benefit from this coaching. And I have my doubts that many are to this extent ;-)

Excellent coaching at a high level!

Even if a bit skeptical at the beginning, Mike quickly proved to me in a personal conversation that his coaching can bring every IT entrepreneur further.
Starting with psychological basics that enrich the entrepreneur's everyday life, followed by pragmatic and above all proven best practices to bring your own team, processes and personality to the next level. I personally benefited from the lively exchange with like-minded people in the FB group and the LiveCalls: why reinvent the wheel when you can learn from others.
In the end, I can recommend the coaching (and especially Mike himself!) to anyone who wants to -really- scale as an IT entrepreneur and not just talk about it.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your impulses and the accompaniment in the coaching. I must say that I had some AHA moments and effects. Through the coaching I am still far from the 100% coverage by MSP revenue, but I have made huge steps in the areas of:
Organization, Processes, Structure, Mission Statement and Culture. (Otherwise I would not have been on vacation for 2x 10 days -without work- this year).
I have to say that my mindset towards the company / entrepreneur has changed a lot. I say that I have found a clear strategy for me and have taken up and enforce further changes. In short the goals are for me very
clearly defined.

Through the group I was able to make good and valuable contacts and find top sparring partners. As hoped, there were also people whose way I do not want to go and this knowledge is also worth a lot to me.
