I can't thank the team enough. I have been with Mike for a long time and attended courses years ago that got the ball rolling. Now in the implementation coaching, all the individual courses have become a very well-rounded package in which every aspect of the IT company is considered and there are suggestions on how to tackle problems. Either directly from the team or from the very strong community, who all operate on an equal footing. So you are never alone and the wheel has often already been invented. You just have to use it. We're now in our second round of coaching and it's amazing how you can develop and see and use a lot of things that are done on the course differently and even more valuably for yourself.
I can say for myself that I am absolutely convinced and feel comfortable to develop further with the input and see what has developed. After all, going from 8 employees to 18 is no walk in the park because the worries and needs of the employees and the dynamics in terms of size can no longer be compared. That's exactly what Mike and his team need to continue to grow and be successful.

Mike Bergmann and his team have taken our company to a new level. The seminar is clearly structured and provides new, consecutive content on a weekly basis. The comprehensive package of documents, which is regularly updated, is very valuable in itself.

Coaching is a huge package in every respect. A lot of material in a short space of time, sometimes you lose track, there's a lot to think about, especially about yourself. It was a struggle for me, but very valuable. Dealing with yourself, looking at your imprints, seeing where you stand in your own way, that's a tough thing to do. But if you take up the "fight", it's very valuable. I haven't reached my goal yet, but I'm well on my way. The toolbox is not empty. I can only recommend to everyone: just do it.

It feels good for us to have different structures, we're still in the middle of the process, there's a lot to implement. But it's definitely a different level. And my personal benefit: much more time for my music.

The implementation coaching provided by the Mike Bergmann Academy has taken my IT company to the next level. Especially in times of crisis, I found it difficult to generate more regular income for my IT company. Basically, I was able to learn many important points from the coaching. Be it business, personnel or technical. The content of the coaching was always well-founded and could be put into practice.

The most valuable content for our company consisted of the managed server know-how that was imparted to us. In addition, we were able to gain important insights in the area of personnel recruitment. We were also able to expand our knowledge in the areas of the product portfolio and the development of marketing.

We are currently in the concept phase of the planned reorganization of the company. This could be tackled in a targeted manner with the acquired know-how and we are already in the first steps of implementation.

I find the principle of the red thread very coherent and was able to understand the structure very well. I will certainly try out the points that are relevant to me in practice and integrate them into my day-to-day business.

Before the coaching, we were aware that various organizational, process-oriented and personnel changes had to be made, but we were unable to define them properly.

I was very surprised and also impressed by the "common thread". Everything flowed into one another and seemed to come from a single source.

I have the recommendation that it makes sense to always get the right experts for problems. So you shouldn't try to solve everything without the relevant know-how, but rather seek the advice of an expert and then implement it in a targeted manner if it fits.

My company has been around since 1996 and since then we have made a good name for ourselves on the IT market thanks to our commitment and dedication. 18 employees in four locations do everything they can to ensure that the company continues to hold a top position in its field. The company's focus is divided into different departments. However, the main focus is on competent advice and support in the areas of IT infrastructure and, on the other hand, in the area of corporate processes relating to document handling.

As a generally skeptical prospective customer towards coaching, I started the Entrepreneur Coaching with Mike Bergmann in August 2021.

First and foremost, the following topic moved me to participate in the coaching "regular income through maintenance contracts". After completing the coaching with sweaty palms during the video recording, my aspiration was that the investment would pay for itself in 18 months.

What can I say, after a very short time it "clicked" and we started thinking exclusively in terms of managed services. Thanks to the solution flyers adapted to our CI, our managed services sold more easily than expected. After about 4 months the investment paid for itself, after about 7 months we were able to cover over 100% of our fixed costs.

We are now expanding our services and I am sure to take part in another coaching session with Mike Bergmann at a later date.

I have been in the implementation coaching of Mike Bergmann and his team for about 4 weeks now.
The solution flyers and AGB/BVB were certainly the deciding factor to participate in the coaching.

As a lone fighter for 25 years now, I still have the problem of having to play fireman. In the technical area it all works well, but everything around it was somehow stepmotherly treated.

Mike asks the right questions here and helps me to reflect on myself, my goals, wishes and perhaps also my fears. And if the mountain of weekly tasks seems too big, he and his team are always easily accessible and give answers and advice.
