Mona Poulev was a great support during my 'crisis'. I am insanely thrilled how Mona cleared up my worries and fears with scientific facts and still hit the link to important psychological aspects. Her approach is very individual, she can infuse certain spirituality, is a super coach, a therapist and yet she doesn't lose sight of facts and values. Mona is a wonderful woman, warm and loving accompaniment. During the time I worked with Mona, I was not well at all. She gave me new courage and together with her I regained my health, until today I participate from our cooperation. Her knowledge is very comprehensive and she gave me so much. Due to the nutritional counseling / change with Mona I am now after 3 months much better health, which is why I recommend the consultation with Mona in any case with a good heart. My pain is less, I am fitter and more active in everyday life and household and I have lost 10 kilos in three months after many years of unsuccessful weight loss!
Since Mona also has Hashimoto's herself, she was always able to understand my own situation very well, which gives you the feeling of really being heard and understood. To feel in good hands again after a long time was very nice.

Mona's advice is top notch. It's not just all about counting calories, it's a holistic approach. It was especially helpful for me that Mona is particularly well versed in the topic of Hashimoto (as she is affected herself). And here, too, it was made very clear to me that it is not only about the thyroid values, but also about the intestines, the hormones, about the interaction of the components of the food consumed. One feels very well taken care of and immediately notices that Mona has a lot of knowledge in the most diverse areas. I was able to lose 9 kg within 5 ½ months, which for me borders on a miracle. Because before that, nothing happened for several years and that although I (as I thought) already ate healthy. Mona is a great, sympathetic woman who I can recommend 100%.

Mona took her time and addressed my individual needs and concerns in great detail. It was explained in detail which form of nutrition helps with my metabolic condition (insulin resistance) and how. Practical tips were given on how to deal with food and also on shopping, etc. With her help, I was able to achieve a stable insulin level. Thank you!

I consider Mona Poulev to be highly competent. She addresses the needs, concerns, illnesses of her clients sensitively, professionally. I have endometriosis and felt very well taken care of by her. My symptoms and pain were significantly alleviated after my change in diet. Mona Poulev can think outside the box and is constantly educating herself. She sees people holistically.
