Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the handling of the purchase of my Kia XCeed. Mr. Zengin's advice was good. He gave me comprehensive and friendly advice. Unfortunately, there are also negative aspects that call into question whether I would recommend the dealership to others. I was presented with a vehicle that was dirty on the inside.
The vehicle was registered by Heinen, only after several calls on my part did I find out that the vehicle could be picked up, a callback/information from Heinen was again not forthcoming. I happily took over my new car, then the shock, the fuel gauge showed a remaining distance of 6 km, I just made it to the next gas station, which is unacceptable in my eyes.
Apart from Mr. Zengin's advice, I give the service a straight 6.
I recommend a thorough revision of the service concept to ensure customer satisfaction.

Very relaxed car purchase with a pleasant atmosphere. Mr. Drdalj was very accommodating and made it possible to bring forward the handover of the car at short notice after a breakdown with my old vehicle. Thanks again for that!!! That's what I call service. Mr. Rammo then gave me the car in top condition and took away all my worries. Thanks also for the bouquet of flowers!
