My daughter and I were only able to get to know Anja's personal training in 10 training sessions, but we were totally thrilled!!! With her trained eye, Anja "sees" the client's entire physical constitution and immediately recognizes what needs to be done and which exercises will help us. At the beginning of each lesson, we reflect on and discuss how the client fared after the last lesson, how they got on with the home exercises, where they may still be struggling and what they need to work on now. Anja even has practical tips for remedying physical complaints from everyday life, sometimes so simple, but you just can't figure it out on your own, simply brilliant. Anja has an enormous repertoire of specialist knowledge from which she can help us immediately!!! She explains very well and understandably how our body works and how we can help it/ourselves.
Anja makes us feel that our health problems are being taken seriously and she immediately has the right exercise to counteract them.... a great collaboration with very good results, so full stars!!! For personal reasons, we had to interrupt our lessons at first, but even then Anja opened up new paths and built bridges for us with her loving and understanding support, so that our physical fitness didn't have to be neglected ... I have been learning Pilates with Anja at MoveLounge for 4 months and I have not been disappointed once: whether it is personal, group or online training, I have always learned something new. In the personal training sessions, we focused not only on Pilates basics but also on my personal problems so that I could do many exercises at home and integrate Pilates into my everyday life. There are no more than 3 people in the group training, which means Anja can take care of and help everyone. It's not boring either, you always learn new variations and there's always a good atmosphere. If you're not on site, you can buy the online Pilates course and train on the go.

Anja is super professional, patient and kind. I always feel comfortable with her and since we've been training, I feel that I'm getting stronger and stronger.

Not only are the sessions great and professional, but the studio is always very clean, warm and well maintained.

I was very happy to accept the offer to take part in a Pilates event weekend with a focus on fascia and feet. In an exclusive group, we were trained professionally and competently by Anja Binting in several Pilates sessions. Anja took time for each of us and looked after us individually. A good mix of practice and theory rounded off the overall package and introduced me to the world of fascia. Super mobilized and with valuable tips in my luggage, I returned home satisfied. Many thanks to Anja and everyone involved for this extremely successful weekend.

I can only recommend the beginners course.
Anja explains the exercises very clearly! The time frame is manageable and so the training sessions can be integrated very well into everyday life. Since it is difficult to find suitable courses in rural areas, this course is a great alternative for me. Thanks to the permanent access to the training units of this course and the options to book further online courses with Anja, I have a program at my disposal that I can adapt to my current fitness - I think that's great!

Anja and Markus are fantastically competent coaches. They both took the time to identify my strengths and weaknesses and then created a training plan. Each lesson was meticulously prepared, but also left room for spontaneous changes if there was reason to do so. Both obviously have fun in the training sessions and pass this on. I can only recommend the move Lounge to anyone who wants to try Pilates, TRX or power plates or wants to get/stay fit.

Very intensive personal support through personal and small group training tailored to individual needs.

I "found" Anja looking for a good Pilates workout on Eversport with her online training. As a trainer and yoga instructor, I wanted to use the "Corona time" to get a taste of something new and to get my body out of its comfort zone with new movement sequences. Right in the first hour Anja could convince me with her kind! Friendly, good-humored and full of energy she teaches online with very good announcements - I love it when I don't always have to look at the trainer during training, but can close my eyes and concentrate on myself - with correction and always with a lot of MOTIVATION!!!!!.
I am looking forward to continuing to train my "Pilates muscles" :-) with Anja...... and as soon as I am in the area - and it is allowed again - I will definitely join in one or the other training session on site.
Until then I am happy about the possibility to bridge the way from Taunus to Flensburg online :-)

My tip for the undecided: try the training and let yourself be inspired!
