The Harrison assessment was designed to be entertaining. The questions could be answered easily, but still gave an accurate result. The contact with Ms. Groschke was pleasant. She took her time and answered all questions. I saw myself in the presentation/reflection of the results. Ms. Groschke explained the correlations to all points worth mentioning. Especially important for me was the explanation about my weaknesses.... and what I should pay attention to in the future because of them. The test was informative and I wish I had taken it much earlier. Thank you very much.

After completing the Harrison Assessment, I had my doubts about the usefulness of this test for myself and the organization, but it turned out to be completely spot on! With Steffani's extensive, calm and clear explanation, everything fell into place and all questions were answered. Definitely a recommendation!

Through an application process, I had the opportunity to complete the Harrison questionnaire. I liked the Harrison very much and it was easy to fill out.
After that I had a very detailed and nice feedback interview with Steffani. This interview was very interesting and I enjoyed it very much. Furthermore, it showed me once again what my strengths and weaknesses or areas of development are. I left the interview with a very positive feeling and am looking forward to working with the detailed feedback.

The talent analysis is a classic tool. The questionnaire was answered quickly, the evaluation was clear and concise. The subsequent feedback shows me my strengths as well as my weaknesses, which can be better used and taken into account in my job. This makes joining a company fun.

During the interview, we specifically addressed my personal strengths and challenges, and Steffani explained the individual aspects wonderfully so that no questions remained unanswered. I was allowed to take the test as part of an application process and it definitely showed me once again what personal strengths I have and what I will be looking out for in the future. Doing the assessment is really easy and a lot of fun - you don't need to be afraid of it. The subsequent evaluation in a video call was very detailed, supplemented by many examples and gave a very good insight into one's own personality. Ms. Groschke is a very nice personality with whom it is fun to talk about one's own strengths and weaknesses and to find starting points for change. Thank you very much for your input :)

The assessment gives a realistic assessment of oneself. Especially people who find it difficult to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses get a neutral feedback without judgement and ulterior motives. People who have a healthy self-assessment also benefit. Positive things are recognized, weaknesses can be worked on. Super motivating and highly recommended.

The test and the professional yet personal feedback were very helpful and eye-opening for me! I took the test as part of a job application process with Steffani. I feel it was a gift and an opportunity to better understand my strengths and their corresponding compensation and to recognize my potentials.

Describe the Harrisson Assessment in one sentence:
Interesting test in which you fundamentally deal with your own person, and which in its holistic view holds surprising insight.

It's a game you can't lose, because Steffani guides you through the results of the test in an unagitated, professional manner and subtly works out the "aha" moment. I say, really great and gladly give the advice not to be afraid of Harrison. He's a good one. Let yourself be surprised.

I took the Harrison personality test and then had the feedback meeting with Steffani about the results. The results reflected my personality well and the conversation was very pleasant. Steffani showed me, for example, where I could work on and also gave me concrete tips for my working life. The detailed result report, which Steffani sent me afterwards, rounds off the process and you can refer to the results at any time.
