It is also active in the field of job and integral coaching and supports and accompanies people during their re-entry into the job market, professional reorientations and psychological challenges.
For more than 25 years Christine Schmidt has been working in the field of education and training. The MTI Schmidt team develops and implements individual training and coaching programs for its clients. A promotion of knowledge, competencies and development of potentials as well as professional measures for individuals, teams and organizations are supported among others with the diagnostic instruments INSIGHTS MDI® and ASSESS by Scheelen®.
MTI Schmidt - Academy Horse Feelings is a partner of the SVA/IV. Through a long-standing collaboration with the Schützen Clinic, it is also a contact partner in equine-assisted therapy.
In the field of horses, Christine Schmidt has been a licensed trainer of The Gentle Touch® Method by Peter Kreinberg since 2011. The Academy Horse Feelings offers well-founded training and further education to people who want to work with horses in the leisure sector but also professionally. The special field is the training of therapy horses.
