We have been developing and producing 3D printers and 3D printing plates for our customers since 2009. Our 3D printers work with glass, ceramic, metal, plastic or elastomer.
The unique selling point of our printers is that all of our printers... process granules, which has the advantage for you that you do not have to process filament and thus have savings on material of up to 90%.
Since I have been using this printing plate for some time, here are a few words about it.
The adhesion to this plate is very good. It absolutely needs a heating bed,
Without it, it does not work. The adhesion has worked on every material.
You can use it on both sides. If it is only attached to the heating bed
to the heating bed, my plate tends to bomb. It flexes.
Probably sticking it to the heating bed is optimal.
I would recommend it, am very happy with it.
The first print bed for ABS that delivers the best results. No need to brush on ABS/acetone, no need to glue blue tape etc. I glued the MTPlus over the entire surface of the heated ceramic bed of my RF1000 using TESA 4965. Degrease the cold print bed with methylated spirits beforehand.
Temperature print bed 110 degrees, ABS 245 degrees. After cooling (< 40 degrees), the part comes off with little effort.
Top store, responds to customer requests and makes everything at a good price. The permanent pressure plate is top, works 1a, even with ABS at 110 degrees no warping. Have bought here often and will do so again if needed. Many thanks
3D printing is dependent on a myriad of settings. I have screwed the permanent printing plate onto the existing glass ceramic, it gives the best results I have ever had with a DD. Tip, just follow the instructions from MTplus. Personal tip, level glass ceramic perfectly this is a must and head scan completely with PLA, ASA and ABS temps (RF1000) etc. Then mount MTplus permanent pressure plate and level again with head scanning without temp, because the permanent pressure plate must not be heated above 130 degrees! For the FDM printers we designed and developed, we rely on the proven quality of MTPlus continuous printing plates. We have been using the first plate for many years on our first printer - built in 2010 - and we ordered the last plate in November 2020 for our most recently commissioned printer. Since we mainly print mechanical parts with technical requirements in ABS, the continuous printing plates are the ideal solution for our requirements.

In addition to the product, I appreciate the excellent advice from Mr. Schlautmann. Already two printers (1.Mendelmax, 2.Tronxy X5SA) are equipped with the plate.
