Despite this excellent rating, I would like to note that a trainee was present during my dental cleaning with Ms. J. J. today. There was a lively professional exchange during the treatment. That was okay and interesting. However, the behavior of patients was also discussed and the worst thing - which I only realized afterwards - was that they talked about me in the third person, as if I were not there. From my point of view, this is the beginning of a depersonalization of the patient, who is only an object at the moment. Afterwards I would have wished that I had been asked about the presence of the intern. I would certainly have said yes. Frank Rückoldt, Hamburg Iserbrook 28.01.2020

We regret the course of your prophylaxis treatment on that day and can understand your displeasure.
Following your observation, we have once again provided specific training for our dental prophylaxis staff as part of our QM management.
It is obligatory for all our treatment providers, whether dentists, surgeons, orthodontists, or PZR staff, to ask our patients in advance whether other staff not involved in the process may observe the treatment for training and education purposes.
In your case, the second employee was an experienced dental assistant in further training to become a dental prophylaxis assistant.
We are confident that your next treatment will be to your complete satisfaction.
You are welcome to share your observations and also suggestions for improvement directly with us at any time.
We look forward to welcoming you back to our clinic soon.
