We had many samples sent to us from other card stores, which was a mistake. Wasted a lot of time and the quality was poor.
Then we landed at mycardshop and immediately found "our" design. Sample card (free) created, was delivered very quickly.
We are thrilled with the result!!!
Great support, even with personal chat and a "Michael" who has prompt help & solution for every problem!

We were looking for a provider where we could create our wedding invitations according to our design. This worked great with mycardshop. There were always small problems with the text. This has partly shifted, the font changed... and had to be redesigned several times.
When ordering the samples, we then received another card from the store in different paper. A great service, but unfortunately the different prints were not marked and on written request, they could not tell us which one was also sent. Therefore, it was for us a little guessing game, which is now which print.
Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the service and the quality of the print.

We have been looking for a provider for our wedding invitations where we can design our cards completely ourselves and have been super satisfied with mycardshop. The website is intuitive and the prices are really fair. Also the customer service by phone is top and the quality of our cards is great. Unfortunately, we had small problems with the editor again and again, because texts have changed in an inexplicable way when you want to adjust something. So you should take a close look before you send the order (but that should be a matter of course anyway ;)).

We are very pleased that you can customize the wedding invitation and add your own ideas. If you have any questions, you can use the chat directly and get an answer very quickly. The editor still contains a few small bugs, but they will be fixed if you report them to customer service. All in all, we are satisfied with mycardshop.com.

Have ordered a wedding invitation from MyCardShop and everything worked very well. Editor is self-explanatory and easy to use. Quality of the cards is top! Wanted to order a thank you card after the wedding and initially had problems logging into the website. Support was super quick to help and was able to fix our problem quickly. Conclusion: Good products, fast delivery and most importantly, fast support when something does not work.

I liked that you can get recycled paper here. Our wedding theme is sustainability and of course the wedding cards have to be environmentally conscious. The cards look great and we are glad we chose mycardshop. The delivery was also really fast. We designed the cards ourselves over the weekend and ordered them right away and on Wednesday the parcel carrier already brought our order. Cool!!!
