With a toddler and a baby, the only option for me was an online postnatal course at home. The slow introduction to the topic of the pelvic floor and rectus diastasis, the well-guided exercises and the everyday tips made it a well-rounded experience for me. Thank you Nadine!

The online live course with Nadine was a real enrichment. You can tell that Nadine has experience and is very competent. The way Nadine organized the course and imparted her knowledge really appealed to me. It was very relaxed, honest and often funny. The time just flew by. I particularly liked the stories from her practical experience and her personal experience, which she often included. I can really recommend this live online course. Thank you very much!

This online postnatal course is not only a wonderful alternative to a face-to-face course, but is also fun and effective. Nadine is a great instructor who is always open to questions and uses symbolic explanations to make the exercises as easy as possible for the participants. I had major problems with my pelvic floor, could no longer control my urination and noticed a huge improvement after completing the course. Nadine's open and warm manner made me laugh a little, thank you for that!

Nadine is a midwife with a heart and tries EVERYTHING to do justice to every new mom in the postnatal period. The online course was great fun, even though it all took place "only" at home in the living room. We did good exercises that are easy to remember and that you can continue to do after the course so that you literally stay on the ball. Thank you, Nadine :-)

Great online birth preparation course! I was able to take a lot of input with me. Nadine is very personable, empathetic and simply super friendly. I felt very comfortable in the course. Great explanations during the exercises, always reminds you of important details that you tend to forget during the exercises (breathing, tensing the pelvic floor, etc.), formulates everything clearly, hits the nerve of new moms by addressing aches and pains that are simply normal, motivates throughout the courses exactly when you think you can't do any more, absolute specialist knowledge embedded in the exercises, is very empathetic. 100% recommendation for the courses!

As I couldn't find a suitable birth preparation course in my area, I came across Nadine Beermann's online course. At first I was a little skeptical as to whether such a course would make sense as an online format. However, the positive reviews convinced me to sign up. My partner attended all the course dates, which we both found very beneficial. We learned a lot and now feel better prepared. The only disadvantage of an online course is that you can't make any pregnancy contacts in the local area.
Otherwise, full recommendation from our side :)

I attended Nadine's antenatal classes with my first child and it was clear that I wanted to do the same with my second. Especially because the course explicitly addresses mothers who have already had at least one child. I can definitely recommend this course to refresh a few topics and also to deal with new topics regarding siblings.

The course with Nadine was a complete success. It was great fun and very informative. Nadine was able to pick us up well. Her personal experiences brought the course to life.
What we liked best was that Nadine spoke honestly and objectively about the birth, without trying to sugarcoat anything, but also without scaring us. That took away a lot of our fears and worries. We would attend Nadine's course again and again and can only recommend it!!!

We felt completely comfortable in Nadine's online childbirth preparation course. Although the course was quite extensive with its 14 hours, there was never any boredom and we received a lot of useful tips and information. We are now going into the upcoming birth with a much more secure feeling and can only recommend Nadine.
