No other departments. We are more than satisfied with the reception, wellness and bathing staff. There 10 out of 10 stars. But the image of the staff in the restaurant hovers over the visit like a small3 thundercloud. This is the 3rd time we have been here. We were and are always very satisfied and praise them to the skies. But I would like to see an improvement in the staff during dinner and breakfast. Either better training for them or a highly qualified member of staff on every shift to point out mistakes to colleagues, take them by the hand or show them their limits so that such disastrous behavior no longer occurs and the team returns to the unique, top quality of last year.
