Unfortunately, the ordered back-up box (emergency and backup power supply) has not been delivered to date. Reasons for the delay and a new delivery date were not given.

I am satisfied with the system, but the wallbox does not yet work optimally. Here I still need advice. The Openwb can not me only PV charge operate and with Min and PV is only Min charged. An instruction manual would be helpful.
Very good service, good support. On-site appointment and initial consultation in Mainaschaff were great. What was promised was built. The installation on the roof and in the basement was done in one day. Queries were always answered quickly and well. The installed system works great, we have just gained as much electricity in 2023 as we consume in the year. The only sticking point: the legislator would have to urgently increase the feed-in tariff.
In principle, I am satisfied with the work carried out. However, I would have expected a specialist company to point out to me that the orientation of the PV modules in an east-west direction, with the focus on the west, by far does not bring the calculated electrical output. I have invested a lot of money in this PV system, but the benefits have not yet materialized.
