With Nelly, from the first second it was as if we had known each other forever. She is such a sympathetic, empathetic and loving person.
You can immediately feel her passion for Ayurveda and how she lives and loves it. I always felt understood and well accompanied in my ailments and other problems.
Her tips are individually tailored to each type and suitable for his life situation, so that they can be easily integrated into everyday life.
I was able to get various complaints under control and can only recommend Nelly from the bottom of my heart. I already miss our consultations and good conversations.

I would definitely recommend Nelly to others and would always be happy to take advantage of her support myself, because she is simply authentic and you can feel that this work is a matter close to her heart. Her advice is also holistic (which I find particularly important), she always competently addresses the current situation of the customer, is also available outside of consulting hours for questions, has extensive expertise and also the documents that you receive after the consultation are very well understandable and attractively designed!
I am more than satisfied with your services and also appreciate your friendly manner.
In my opinion, this also sets her apart from other consultants.
Therefore once again:
I would definitely recommend her! 😊

Each recommendation, personalized to me, has had a positive effect on my health and well-being. The complaint I had before the nutrition and health counseling have become less and less and I feel much better. Nelly has been very engaging and caring in guiding me through the consultation. Her charisma is positive and full of energy. She also always had a good and motivating word for me in the moments I needed it. I can warmly recommend Nelly.

The Ayurveda consultation with Nelly was great. I am glad that I did it! I have had health problems for a long time. I have often heard only good things about Ayurveda and now I finally wanted to try it myself. There were two consultations and a check-up - this was online and worked great. Nelly responded to me individually, I had the feeling that she really understands me and my complaints. She takes a lot of time and goes into everything in detail. And most importantly, she gave me great tips! It was just the right amount - I have been able to implement all of them well so far (5 weeks after the last appointment) and notice how my health is already much better. I know this is exactly the right path for me. I am very grateful to Nelly and glad I did the Ayurveda consultations with her!

The coaching with Nelly was just great! I had sleep disorders for years and was correspondingly exhausted during the day. Nelly gave me simple tips that work wonders! I sleep so much better since then and am very grateful that I did the health coaching with her. I am happy to recommend her!

Nelly is such a smart, friendly and professional Ayurveda consultant. I received an individual nutritional consultation tailored to me. Before that a dosha determination. This is getting me so much further right now. Also, through Nelly's Instagram account and through her website you get so many valuable and free everyday tips and tricks that allow me to always stay on the Ayurvedic ball. ;-) Thanks Nelly.
