Mr. Neumann, all members of the company work in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner. As a customer who does not live nearby, I particularly appreciated this. For example, at my request, Mr. Neumann searched for and found an old mortgage deed in my late mother's apartment. Thank you very much again. Otherwise, they took care of everything that needed to be done apart from the sale itself. In short, I was completely satisfied.

Mr. Neumann acted in a very professional and friendly manner during the property purchase and made it possible for us to have a second viewing appointment without any problems. He was well informed about the property, always easy to contact and handled all the steps from the viewing to the notary appointment and handing over the keys competently. We also found it very good that he made the process transparent and advised the sellers on a fair purchase price.
