We had great chemistry right from the start and Dirk immediately pushed the right buttons with me; a good combination of encouragement, motivation, strengthening, constructive criticism and here and there a well-dosed kick in the butt... (purely virtually of course...)
Simply ingenious, how Dirk communicates humorously and at the same time absolutely professionally.
This has brought me clarity and I was able to set my focus correctly.

At the beginning I didn't understand the depth and the extent of the coaching. Only in retrospect did I realize how deeply we worked on personal development and positioning.

Actually, I was just looking for coaching to sift through my records and give me an unbiased view of my career development.

It turned out that Dirk Plogmann was the very best choice: Professional and thinking far (!) outside the box, Dirk Plogmann not only gave helpful tips.

His highly professional coaching not only showed me an experience-based assessment - it also showed me perspectives of my development that I myself had not had in mind.

His style is authentic and direct, gets by without buzzwords. He is always well prepared and thinks so much right away that the coaching turned out to be a positive turning point for my career.

Dirk Plogmann is a dear colleague and one I hold in high esteem. He is excellent at combining expertise, experience and humanity in his coaching sessions.

I have known Dirk for some time now and am in regular exchange and supervision with him. I have always found him to be courteous, honest and clear. He has the gift to recognize the very special and individual abilities in a person and to bring them out in different ways. Dirk does not work according to a rigid concept, but opens space for his counterpart and responds individually to their concerns.

Therefore, I can clearly say that working with Dirk absolutely pays off and shows not only on the inside (more self-confidence, better feeling to stand by oneself and one's potential) but also on the outside (new job offers, successful fee negotiation, etc.).

Excellent, individual coaching. With Dirk Plogmann I found the ideal coach for me, who helped me to get to know and appreciate myself better. I am so glad that we have met! You have provided new momentum in me , but also in the way my application documents are now designed. I still need a new photo to get it started. Since the hairdressers have opened again, that is the next step.

Thank you for showing me once again who I am and what I can do, and that I have to show it to my counterpart! No matter where, whether in the application documents or in the interview. I have to live what I feel, namely that I find personnel management cool and can not imagine doing anything else!

Clear recommendation!
It's good to hear an additional opinion from the coach, especially when it comes to cover letter and resume design. My resume was already well executed - but still improved. The same applies to the cover letters. In addition, dealing with a video call was also trained through the online coaching, because it is to be expected that due to the Corona epidemic, job interviews will also be conducted online in the future.
