I feel very well picked up by the author, with his warm and thoughtful way to speak to me as a reader. Especially since he has thought about the gender issue and takes it authentically seriously and has implemented it well for my sensation. The book is written clearly and understandably. I had a definite aha monent when I had my toolbox clearly visualized by the test, by drawing it into the book. That paired with new possible ways of work time allocation that are shown there, have made a light go on in me.

I am Phil and have enjoyed Jörn-Hendrik at my founder coaching with New Work Heroes! I became aware through acquaintances and immediately booked a session (recommended). The second session followed promptly, because he immediately picked me up as a person with his manner. This was also the reason for me to join Jörn-Hendrik in the founder coaching. The tools we used are extremely cool and made my work with them more efficient for me. I will definitely book you again for the next idea!

The podcast is just super engaging and inspiring. Unfortunately, I don't get to read enough, so I enjoy each of the philosophical phrases and the summaries of inspirational short stories. For those for whom, the topic of agile is still new, I recommend episode 16.

I met Jörn for the first time at a workshop and now 1 year later, when it is really urgent for me to redefine and reposition myself personally and professionally, I (re)discovered his book and podcast. The workbook has helped me to become clearer again about what my competencies are, why I want or do things, where I really really want to go and who is actually standing in my way and which pig dog I have to defeat again. No lengthy rambling, but it grabs immediately, individually and to the point. Therefore: Book, podcast, blog, One on One: absolute recommendation. Thank you!

The analogy to the personal hero skills and the hero journey is great. As well the hero family and work and abstraction of work dimensions is strong. It also brings across the philosophy of a world where failing is healthy to become stronger. Overall, I really like the way how it is written! Also the base to profound studies with actual new work heroes shows that the test can work out well. The accompanied opinions of established psychologists regarding the dimensions and hero classes is strengthening the approach and therefore seem very convincing.

Thanks to the founder coaching with Jörn Hendrik Ast, I was able to get to the heart of my consulting offer in the shortest possible time so that I feel absolutely confident in customer presentations.
As an experienced entrepreneur and sales professional, he has developed tools that have enabled me to formulate my products crystal clear and thus to appear convincing. Career coach? - I always imagined that I would be a cerebral shirt-wearer who wanted to teach me something about marketing and numbers... Until I did the NEW WORK HEROES career coaching with Jörn Hendrik! The coaching sessions were individual and creative throughout. The exercises from the journal really helped me! I felt well understood and always picked up in my situation, with my needs and my learning type. Jörn Hendrik managed to bring clarity to my complex jumble of thoughts with a lot of humor, acumen and creative skills. I am very excited and find the podcast really motivating.

I often experience ups and downs with my idea and also the question of whether the whole thing will lead to success occupies and unsettles me a lot. But I also experience the feeling of being alone and not knowing how to (properly) implement it or how I should even approach it.

The right topics are indeed addressed here. I was able to answer some questions for myself through the podcast and shed my insecurity. I now have a sense of how to slowly implement my idea and what is important in doing so.

In this special career coaching I had guided time to become clear about what I really, really want! The career heroes bring a lot of fun and playfulness, I was able to be creative and got to know people from completely different professional fields. That already brings a lot of perspective broadening. Jörn Hendrik manages to create a very pleasant and open feel-good atmosphere in his sympathetic and at the same time overviewing way of the seminar. Here I was able to give my thoughts free space and actually came up with completely different thoughts that could bring me closer to my goal. In addition, the outside perspective and the opportunity to network is a real chance to give wings to one's own ideas in reality as well.
