So erlebte ich diesen Tag dann auch, exrem vielfältig, professionell gestaltet, gespickt mit verschiedenen mentalen Übungen, verständlich, klar, kraftvoll und umsetzbar. Das Skript zum Tag finde ich ebenfalls super, so kann ich jederzeit nachlesen, falls ich den Faden auf dem Weg verlieren sollte..........
