Norbert responds very well to the customer's wishes and also takes the time to explain things clearly. With other consultants, you often feel (deliberately) overwhelmed, but that's definitely not the case here! In addition, the appointments are offered flexibly online or in person on site, so that you can integrate consultations very comfortably into your often busy everyday life. Highly recommended!

Mr. Gruchalska was super flexible when technical problems arose during the online meeting. He also provided me with optimal advice in his area of expertise and was able to achieve an enormous savings for me at the price of more comprehensive insurance coverage!
Questions by mail were answered immediately and appointments were made absolutely spontaneously - at times that suited me.

The consultation was very honest, which I liked. In part, I had the feeling that the next appointment was coming up and that we therefore had less time for the questions that arose. Due to the complexity of the topic, a little more time or a slower way of speaking would probably have taken away the impression of time pressure.
Nevertheless, all points were discussed.

Mr. Gruchalska advised me purposefully and in detail. He created presentations individually adapted to my needs, which informed me about theoretical backgrounds and offers specifically tailored to me. In this way, the content was clearly structured and very understandable, so that the appointments could be used effectively and a quick solution found for me. I would never have been able to find the final offer for myself without Mr. Gruchalska's reliable advice. I would make an appointment with Mr. Gruchalska again at any time for advice.

Ich bin immer sehr skeptisch was manche Versicherungen oder das Thema Finanzen angeht aber Norbert hört genau zu und nimmt sich Zeit. Er geht wirklich auf die einzelne Probleme/Wünsche ein. Die Tatsache, dass er nicht alles bei einem Termin „abfertigt“, beweist, dass er sehr seriös arbeitet. Er erklärt auch die Sachen, sodass man sie zu 100% versteht. Ein Besuch bei Norbert lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!
