I was particularly satisfied with the planning meeting and the independent, friendly, trustworthy and clean working methods of the fitters. We are therefore happy to recommend the company to others and can imagine using them for other buildings of ours. There was no explanation from the fitters during the course of the work (taking customers with them) or when problems arose (broken clinker brick). Instead, silicone and paint were pasted over it and the issue was not proactively addressed. A final discussion between the planner and client at the end of the job would have completed the professionalism.

From the quote request to installation, everything went really well. Friendly, competent and helpful across the board, even with queries, changes to deadlines or all aspects of the funding application. Super adequate fitters who know what they are doing and proceed with caution and care. Fast, clean and transparent work, questions are also gladly answered. The building site is left behind as if there hadn't been one. However, quality has its price. 100% recommendable!

Basically, everything was fine. However, I don't like the fact that the floor protection film
should not be reused but thrown away. There is no plausible reason for this
and does not fit in with today's world, where recycling should always be the aim.
