I had back pain for a long time and decided to go to Novamedi on the recommendation of a friend. After the first six treatments I could already feel a clear improvement and after 5 more I am now almost pain-free. I was in very good hands with Selina throughout and can recommend her to anyone. She is a very good therapist and a great person. Keep up the good work..... and thank you very much.

I was given a very warm welcome and the treatments were explained to me very well. If I had any questions, a contact person was always available and explained all possible questions in great detail. I will definitely do my next treatments at Novamedi again.

More attention should be paid to posture during training! Drinks machine like in other facilities
would be great for the price! A cross trainer is missing upstairs!
You should talk to the people if you have not done any check ups !

I've been training at Novamedi since June 2023, first in Rietberg and now with the new opening in Harsewinkel. I like the quiet atmosphere, the individually adjustable program, that someone is on site to answer questions, that I can build on my performance and train at any time (even on Sundays and public holidays). I was able to optimize my Bio Age by 17 years. I feel powerful and confident. THANK YOU to Novamedi and the friendly people who work there.

Poor
When I made the appointment, I was not informed in advance of the extremely high co-payment for me as a person entitled to federal financial aid. For an appointment for manual therapy and physiotherapy on the device, I am left with a co-payment of €52.70. The billing is not transparent for people entitled to private/state aid and is absolutely excessive compared to other physiotherapy practices. The fee agreement was presented to me for signature 5 minutes before the actual treatment appointment. If the billing rates differed so blatantly, I would have liked to have been given a specific indication. The reference to a notice at the reception is not sufficient.
I will not continue the therapy due to the high co-payment of €527 for ten treatments.

Dear team, in the last few weeks it has very often been so full on the gym equipment that 1-2 exercisers regularly have to wait 20-30 minutes to start their workout. When the day is tightly structured, this is very annoying. It would therefore be desirable for you to purchase 2 additional machines, especially as there are already 2 important ones missing from MyFitness. This would contribute to the satisfaction of the members, because these annoying, irritating waiting times are regularly "discussed". The tenor here is that you can't keep recruiting more and more members without providing enough equipment.

So
i'm pain-free again, but i was alone at the counter twice and there was no one there, i thought that was a bit silly,
because I was there a bit later and there were 1-2 people outside me, the atmosphere was very oppressive, a bit fewer exercises would be great.
Otherwise Mega I don't have any more pain and I got some simple exercises.

I am absolutely delighted with Novamedi! As soon as you enter the health center, you feel like you're in good hands - modern, bright rooms, a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly team that really takes its time.

The therapists are not only highly qualified, but also very empathetic. My treatments were individually tailored to me and made a noticeable contribution to improving my well-being.

I would particularly like to highlight the good organization - hardly any waiting times, easy appointment booking and clear communication.

A health center that really delivers what it promises. A clear recommendation for anyone who values professional physiotherapy and holistic care!
