Very open and empathetic, responds to the needs of all tenants so that the foundation of a good house community is laid. We were greeted very warmly by the surrounding neighbors already in the first days after moving in and feel almost at home after only three weeks.

When buying real estate for the first time, surprisingly, one has many questions, wishes, expectations, etc. As an inexperienced buyer, Mr. Oerter was my support. He advised me on possible financing, renovation and relocation options. In addition, he went through the purchase contract with me before the notary appointment and explained every single question. He was always available and responsive on the phone. It was a great support for me to have his expertise at my disposal. I am very grateful to him for the great cooperation and that I can now live in my own 4 walls.
