After almost exactly three months, I can draw a consistently positive conclusion about working with Oliver. He convinces above all by his sovereignty and expertise, everything he explains to you can be understood and comes across understandable. I myself thought I had some idea about sports and nutrition, I finally looked for a coach because I never reached my goals with it. 80% of what I did was ineffective or the wrong approach. Three months of implementation of Oliver's concept and in the mirror I now already see a different person.
Strength training is the key, running and mountain biking the nice addition for heart and circulation. If you think you can reach your goal of losing fat and keeping it off by running every day and leaving the weights behind, you'll quickly learn better. Instead, I have firmly integrated everyday exercise into my life, go for a quick walk every morning and at noon and get to my 10,000 steps. That makes the difference in addition to weight training.
