We can understand that you are disappointed by the unsuccessful performance of some funding companies. As a matter of principle, we only select companies that we have examined in detail beforehand and of which we ourselves are convinced. Since not every business idea of a young company can succeed on the market despite the great commitment of the founders and teams, insolvencies unfortunately still occur from time to time.

We understand that you are disappointed with the performance and communication of some funding companies - and so are we. From the outset, we only select companies that we have examined in detail and of which we ourselves are convinced. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that OneCrowd actively strives to hold start-ups to their commitments to investors. However, if the company cannot be reached by any means, our hands are tied. In the past, we have also tried to take legal action on behalf of our investors. Unfortunately, this has not been successful, as companies that have broken off contact with us are often already in such deep financial difficulties that their funds are not sufficient to satisfy the crowd investors' claims.

We are also sorry that you got the impression that we were replying in text blocks. You can rest assured that behind every comment and message is a team member doing their best to inform and support you. In future, we will endeavor to formulate our responses in an even more personal and individual way.

We would like to apologize that in the past you felt that information was provided too late. To prevent such cases in the future, we have recently expanded our Investor Relations team. With these additional resources, we aim to further improve communication and transparency towards investors.

It is true that we have not yet been represented in the German Crowdfunding Association. This is due to the fact that we are currently still undergoing a rather time-consuming reorganization process in which our three platforms Seedmatch, Econeers and Mezzany are to be merged into a single OneCrowd platform. But now it's finally official: OneCrowd GmbH is now a member of the Bundesverband. We are very pleased about this, as we see this membership as a sign of our commitment to the highest standards of crowdinvesting.
