Very good offer and the advice from Mr. Siedow was really good and fast. Short flight with a DJI Mavic drone and immediately afterwards all questions were answered and a first cost proposal was made. Can only recommend so far

This company is unbelievable, its unprofessionalism is unparalleled. The system was sold to us in summer 2022 with the promise that it would be connected to the grid in October 2022, despite the delivery problems. After a lot of trouble, we have been connected to the grid since June 2023, 8 months later! Unfortunately, nobody in the company has any technical knowledge, complaints are not processed and you are constantly given empty promises and in the end you have to take care of the grid registration yourself. According to the municipal utilities, this should be done directly with the order, as the municipal utilities can also refuse a solar system... I wonder where the great ratings come from, according to the electrician commissioned by PEC, these are purchased... I can only strongly advise against PEC! Addendum: After six months, many phone calls and emails later, some of the complaints were finally processed, but in the same breath PEC threatened me with a lawyer and debt collection agency.

Mr. Holler also took care of the requirements of the property and we were able to discuss the feasibility during his visit. Roof, cable routing, location for inverter and battery. As I don't trust the weather and don't think it would be expedient to realize the project in winter, I will contact Mr. Holler again at the beginning of 2024.

For our private PV project, several solar installers were recommended to us by our energy consultant. After a pre-selection, 2 candidates remained in the end - important decision criteria were, among others, customer opinions on the topic of project planning and support. We finally decided in favor of PEC and, after placing the order and testing, the project was implemented in mid-October 2023.
The support by PEC (sales Mr. Neiheiser / project support Ms. Trieschmann) was exemplary at all times.

Conclusion: As of today, we can recommend PEC without hesitation!

Due to the positive experience of a friend with PEC, we had informed ourselves at the Heim+Handwerk for the first time at PEC about a PV system. Already the first conversations with Mr. Reisinger gave us the feeling to be in good hands. Soon after, we arranged a first on-site appointment. First, by taking pictures with a drone, we determined how many modules could be mounted as efficiently as possible. The various systems were explained in detail and comprehensibly. Our wishes were taken into account at all times. After the quotation was prepared, we were even able to switch to higher-quality modules - at no extra charge. From the installation (here also once again a big praise for the installation team!) to the day when the system officially produced electricity for the first time, just 4 weeks passed. If our vacation had not fallen in this time, the plant would certainly have produced earlier. What we especially liked about the concept of PEC is that we got everything from one source. A total concept that even includes free insurance for 3 years. From the first contact to completion, it couldn't have gone better.
