Full marks, as everything worked out perfectly.
I received 3 offers for a photovoltaic system 9 kWp, storage 8.7 kWh and backup power function (all very similar in price), decided on PEC because I felt very well advised by Mr. Spelda and the dimensions of the storage offered fitted well in our cellar.
Contract signed on 8.2.24, delivery of the system on 16.3, roof installation on 18.3, connection of the system on 27.3. Both the roof installation team and the electricians were very competent, polite, implemented small change requests without any problems and worked very cleanly. The deadlines announced were met absolutely on time. The system has been producing electricity since March 27. So far, everything has run and is running to our complete satisfaction.

It is almost impossible to reach a contact person for questions or follow-up support after installation. Promises to call back are regularly not kept.

Completion notification to the network operator was forgotten, resulting in a delay of over 6 months.

Project support = zero, aftercare = zerol

I am very satisfied with the consultation from Mr. Roppel to the execution. The deadlines were met, even though everything was installed in winter in difficult conditions. An initial support case was also resolved quickly with the help of the manufacturer's support team by means of a software update.

Everything was perfect: the modules were on the roof less than 4 weeks after the order was placed. Commissioning with battery took place a short time later and everything is running smoothly.
Uncomplicated contact, friendly and helpful not only on the phone, but also the fitters on site.
