Digital transformation is not always easy to grasp. An oversupply of consultants meets unsettled companies. The only answer to this is consultants who first give their customers orientation and then, in a second step, concrete advice. Unfortunately, there are only a few of these consultants. And Peter Baining is one of them. I recently experienced him at a lecture where, at the request of the organizer, he came all the way to Mallorca to provide the audience with orientation. In the areas of automated employee recruitment and automated employee onboarding, he is certainly one of Germany's top consultants. He proved this with his great presentation. I will close with the statement: Peter Baining is always worth a trip, even if it takes us to Mallorca.
