We work in a network with other service providers to plan and implement the individual care required. In addition, we can offer training for families and caregivers and provide care consulting for various health insurance companies.
Mr. Leder and his team work very professionally and take the time to accurately assess their clients' needs in order to offer the best possible solution. Mr. Leder is always available for any problems that may arise and was very competent in dealing with both me and my mother. I felt I was well advised and benefited from the experience of the team. I can recommend Pflege Persönlich with a clear conscience and feel very well taken care of.
With a lot of personal and competent commitment, even unforeseen problems are solved quickly and efficiently in close contact. One always finds open ears. Callbacks are always prompt.

Care-personally was a stroke of luck for me in my search for a caregiver for my parents: competent, serious, legal, honest, reliable, transparent, clearly structured and organized, always responsive and able to send us a caregiver who fully met my expectations.
The nursing staff were professionally well trained, the knowledge of German was good, so that they could communicate with the patients, very great caring and empathy with the patients. The cooperation with care personally was very good, unbureaucratic and with a great degree of flexibility.
Immediate readiness. During the first contact, options and services or procedures were explained in detail. The accessibility of the care agency looking after us is very good, even outside normal business hours or weekends.
Which could be an improvement of the achievements from my view, would be house attendance by trained care forces of care-persönlich.de, which instruct the mediated care forces regarding their care activities, advise, train, which refer to improvement possibilities (e.g.: how are certain sleep positions by aids such as Kssen etc. to support, in order to prevent "Wundliegen") and control the care situation altogether.
-often active only on demand (at least it seems so), more service/ intermediate information and clear answers desired.
-unclear on "which side" care-personally actually stands (pol. agency or caregiver) !
I expect on the side of the carer.
-certainly not easy cooperation with the polish agencies, but it should not be the pure mediation business in the foreground, but your well-founded search for a really suitable caregiver (with regard to the requirement profile).
-Z.T. too short-term change offers (even the caregivers feel that way). Time-wise almost no chance to reject the nurse, partly no preliminary telephone call/clarification on your part with the nurse.
-It may make sense for the nurse to maintain personal contact with the nurses during their assignment.
-So far, this system of 24-hour care has not yet convinced me.
