The quality of the photos, technical gimmicks (internet, QR code, email), the look of the box and the professional service was super.
When we had a small technical challenge shortly after midnight, Mr. Kistler responded within minutes and fixed the problem by phone/remote maintenance so that the party could continue. Just super - there is no point of criticism.
