Bei unserer Fotobox gab es schwierigkeiten bei der Post, das Paket wäre nicht mehr rechtzeitig angekommen. Ich wurde dann von einem sehr bemühten Picturebox Mitarbeiter kontaktiert und es wurde direkt noch eine Box mit Expressversand losgeschickt. Als klar war das auch diese nicht mehr rechtzeitig ankommen würde haben wir ein upgrade bekommen und der Mitarbeiter fuhr extra 3h mit dem Auto zu uns um sie uns persönlich und rechtzeitig vorbei zu bringen! Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und die Fotobox war das absolute Highlight auf der Feier. Das nenne ich mal einen top Service und absolut Kundenorientiert! Vielen Dank dafür! Ich würde Picturebox jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
