I was particularly dissatisfied with the annoying number of unsolicited advertising emails after a one-off order - NO newsletters were requested. Unfortunately, the invoice included in the advertising mails was accidentally deleted, an alleged reminder letter never arrived and a debt collection agency/bank is now collecting money with insane reminder fees. Thank you very much!!!

Unfortunately, I was unable to reach you by phone. I would have liked to discuss the points mentioned with you in person.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize that you were dissatisfied with our service and experienced any inconvenience. We are sorry to hear that you have received unsolicited promotional emails even though you are not subscribed to any newsletters. This should not happen and we will ensure that this is reviewed internally to prevent such incidents in the future.

Regarding the missing invoice and the reminder letter that did not arrive, we understand that this has caused further inconvenience. We take this matter very seriously and would like to assure you that we will do everything in our power to resolve this.

A brief explanation:
We generally always send invoices by e-mail. In exceptional cases, however, we can change this to post. We have our bank account with CB Bank. This is NOT a debt collection agency, but a factoring company that processes payments for us. Reminder fees will only be charged after a payment reminder has been sent by post. You have a payment term of 30 days.

I am really sorry that you have received such a bad impression of us, please take a look at all the other reviews. You can talk to us, just give us a call, we will always find a solution that is also in your interest.
