Ich wusste gar nicht mehr wie ich in der Rente noch die massiv gestiegenen Beiträge bezahlen sollte. Dank PKVMAX zahle ich statt knapp 750EUR nur noch 350EUR bei gleichen Leistungen. Ich bin so unendlich dankbar dafür.

Das Bewertungspapier zu den möglichen Varianten ist sehr übersichtlich und informativ. Damit fällt eine Entscheidung zum Variantenangebot leicht.

Trotzdem noch verbleibende Fragen konnten im Telefongespräch sehr kompetent beantwortet werden.

Mir fällt keine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit ein, denn ich war mit dem Kundenservice überaus zufrieden und habe die Gesellschaft bereits mehrfach weiterempfohlen. Ich wurde stets über den Sachstand informiert und das in einer sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Weise.
