I had been given a generous quota and wanted to get through as many topics as possible in as short a time as possible. PlusKompetenzCoaching supported me very well in this. Due to my tight schedule, I had several coaches in the short time available and was able to use the specialties of each coach individually. I would like to emphasize the good all-rounder Markus Kimpel, who gave me special onboarding challenges and always followed the entire coaching approach in an advisory capacity. Susanne Balzer, who taught me a lot about dealing with AI in several sessions, as well as skills, values and a lot of reflection about myself. The coaching was individually tailored to my needs and conducted in a personal and considerate manner.

The career coaching was an extremely valuable experience overall. My individual needs were addressed effectively and the coaches brought a lot of experience to the table, from which I was able to benefit greatly. The coaching with Petro Rigos was particularly motivating. Thanks to his tips, suggestions and, above all, specific support, I gained clarity about my professional future and developed a precise strategy for the next steps.
I would also like to mention that my preferences in the selection of coaches were largely taken into account when scheduling appointments, which I found very flexible and helpful. In addition, there was always the possibility to adjust the appointments in terms of time or content.
With regard to the effectiveness with which the coaches were able to perceive the participants' way of working: My way of working is to receive inputs, implement them independently and according to the coaches' instructions and then get feedback on them at a follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, some coaches did not take this into account, which meant that these sessions did not run smoothly.
Another point concerns the number of coaches. It might have been helpful to limit the number of coaches to three and to complete all appointments with them in order to avoid repetition or differing opinions on the same topic.
