Franziska Zepf & ihr Team machen genau das was Sie versprechen - Sie sind Partnerinnen auf Augenhöhe. Nach einem Versicherungs-Check den ich gemacht hatte, um zu prüfen ob ich gut aufgestellt bin, habe ich sofort Premiusmakler als Agentur für meine Verträge gewählt. Mir wurden finanziell attraktivere Tarife angeboten, unnötige Versicherungen aus dem Portfolio gestrichen und vor allen Dingen habe ich als Unternehmer:in endlich eine Vermögensaufbau Strategie die zu mir passt und mit der ich mich sicher fühle, dass kommen kann was will.

I have already rated Franziska with her team once and have to give another 5star rating.
We have booked the company and private check and are thrilled!
Such a precise and individual analysis has never done with us, in fact, no broker has ever done an analysis with us at all! Scary, isn't it?
Definitely save and on top of that are better & more prudent insured. It doesn't get any better than this!

The team and all employees were always very polite and courteous. Even in the greatest stress, someone always has an open ear. As a customer, you are never "talked into" anything, but are advised according to your individual life situation.
As a customer, you feel that you are in trustworthy hands and are always met with understanding. As a customer, it is also important for me personally to know that I can rely 100% on the confidentiality of the employees here.

We and our family have been very satisfied customers of PremiusMakler and Mrs. Zepf for six years. In the six years our concerns and changes (from four to seven family members) were always accompanied competently, professionally and always with a large portion of friendliness and personality. We feel well taken care of all around. At no time have we had the feeling that we were being "sold" something we didn't need. Conclusion: More than recommendable!
