I found the Medneo practice of Primenostics in Charlottenburg excellent in terms of service, support, and availability. The staff were extremely helpful with a high level of customer support for patients. It was easy to book an appointment and was fortunate to be scheduled within three days of identifying the need for an MRI/MRT. The doctor was very professional and has an excellent bedside manner as do the technical staff that I dealt with. Highly, highly recommend.
Dr. Sven Walter is an exceptionally good doctor. He took a lot of time to get a very good and holistic picture. The quality of the treatment as well as the evaluation of the diagnosis were each time absolutely satisfying better said outstanding. With patience it was explained to me each time exactly what was diagnosed and why.
