The lecture/presentation was very professional, she addressed all concerns and questions and was able to answer them very satisfactorily.
Personally, it was very useful for me, as I had already dealt with Indian colleagues at various companies but could only make assumptions about their behavior. Now I finally have the explanation for the behavior of the colleagues that I had been missing. Indian colleagues were only seen as those who take away the jobs of the German colleagues and thus were always blocked first. One simply took no consideration because one felt threatened. Such workshops, like yesterday's, would have made sense at that time, but no one even thought of the idea. Many thanks for the explanations and the expansion of my horizon.

The training was exactly tailored to my needs and all my questions were answered very competently and comprehensively. Prof. Dr. Simone Rappel is very empathetic and was able to convey a very far-reaching picture of the way of life and thinking of the Indian colleagues, also due to her own many experiences in India. She also gave a lot of practical guidance on how to deal with the Indian colleagues.
I found the means she used for her presentation in the Zoom meeting very good. Finally, I received the presentation with the notes developed by her in the training, which is of course very helpful for follow-up and application of the knowledge gained from the training.
Thus, I can absolutely recommend a training with Prof. Dr. Rappel. I would or will be happy to contact her again and again for further topics.

I really enjoyed this webinar. Thanks a lot. I am responsible for the Indian market since more than 6 years. I had basic knowledge about the people, the culture and the work/life balance. With this kind of webinar and experience from Mrs. Rappel I updated myself after a long period of teams meetings. After the pandemics now it's time to do personal meet and greets in futer to get back to a normal life. I have learned a lot and I am glad to got a refresher about the Indian market.
