Financing is a matter of trust!

With Mr. Berger we have found a partner where the customer and his needs are the main focus.
The implementation and advice was very professional and we were able to realize a perfectly tailored to us financing with very good conditions.

Mr. Berger always took care of our wishes and concerns. No way was too much for him and he took excellent care of us and our needs.

Through his very good support and advice, we were finally able to realize the ideal financing - which was not easy due to the boundary conditions. Mr. Berger is convincing through his expertise and proactive approach. He never and at no time built up pressure and as one knows it from many advisers only fast a conclusion to obtain are for him an absolute foreign word. First of all, the solution with proposals is in the foreground.

Professionalism - customer proximity - fast reaction and optimal customer-oriented consultation distinguish it and we can with large joy him only a large THANKS and LOB to tell and remain... until the next one. Anytime again !

Our follow-up financing or rescheduling of our real estate loan went smoothly. We felt we received competent and honest advice with just the right amount of information for us (as laypeople). We experienced a comprehensive service (telephone calls, drafting of letters, regular information regarding interest rate development). Mr. Berger was able to gain my/our complete trust through his demeanor, which is not a matter of course for me. I don't know what could have been done better, therefore full marks. Gladly again.

Recommendation
Mr. Berger has stood by us for very many months in the search for a suitable house until we found a suitable one through his help. He constantly advised us very well in all real estate and financing issues and had a lot of time and patience. Mr. Berger found the appropriate financing despite rejections from banks (we are too old).
In the meantime we have bought our house. All legal questions and steps we went together. Mr. Berger will accompany us until all formalities are completed and our move has been. Also in the coming years we will always be able to turn to him when we need help.

After less good experiences with competitors, we were more than satisfied with the overall package of Mr. Berger's scope of services in accompanying our real estate financing. In addition to the professional competence and patience in explaining, Mr. Berger convinced us in particular by his personal sympathy and commitment to respond quickly and accommodating in terms of time and space - so that it was easy for us even in addition to the care of our two children to coordinate all content with him!

Professional, competent and friendly!
Mr. Berger not only gave us excellent professional advice on financing a property, but was a valuable companion to this project with his genuine interest regarding our matter.
He is reliable, quick, competent, honest and always positive. He always took the time to answer our questions or discuss and (in our case) resolve concerns.
