We have been working with the system for years - it is made for us. Uncomplicated, always someone available for questions and competent help and answers.
PTC , can be recommended because you have a good overview of the cars, where and when the cars are currently or goods. There are many settings that you can use for the cars, like when do I get mails when the car goes out of a certain state. Or is on the road at night etc. We have only had very good experiences so far.
I need PTC Telematics as a logbook for my tax accountant.
I am grateful to be able to use this in this form. All journeys are booked as business. Besides that, trips to and from my workplace are always automatically booked as trips to work. Approximately 10% of my trips are private. These should be rebooked weekly as private. Otherwise the logbook cannot know this.
In the past, I always kept a handwritten logbook. But this seems to me today like in the stone age.
I need PTC as a logbook for the tax office. It serves this purpose at a price that is acceptable to me. Initial problems with the trip recording ("flier"?) were solved satisfactorily. Customer support is prompt, professional and friendly. Keep up the good work!
I am very satisfied with the very fast, straightforward and competent customer service. Unfortunately, I'm still not quite clear how to combine longer rides with the same purpose but different stops without having to click through all the details again each time.
