Spitzen Kundenservice. Hatte eine E-Mail Anfrag die innerhalb kürzester zeit beantwortet wurde und mich meinem Ziel näher brachte. Daraufhin habe ich die Bestellung abgegeben und die Ware wurde noch am gleichen Tag versendet. Die versprochenen Qualität entsprach der Beschreibung. Jetzt muss nur noch das Wetter besser werden. Ich habe lange gesucht und bin fündig geworden. Die Sitzgruppe Luma ist wirklich gut. Super verarbeitet und endlich mal ein qualitativ toller Sitzbezug. Lässt sich auch gut stapeln, damit sie nicht so viel Platz einnimmt. Schnelle Reaktion auf meine E-Mail. Danke dafür!

Ich hatte vor und sogar nach dem Kauf ein paar Fragen und habe eine Mail gescxhrieben. Die wurde mir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten beantwortet (ca. 10 Min). KLasse! LUMA ist jetzt mein und ich liebe die Couch für draußen.

Der Shop ist nicht überladen und man hat das Gefühl, dass - ähnlich wie in einem guten Testaurant mit übersichtlicher Speisekarte - es dort einfach gute Produkte gibt....

Auch wenn ich nur eine Rückfrage per E-Mail hatte, wurde diese in wenigen Minuten professionell beantwortet...

Ich kann bisher nur positives berichten...
