My wife and I came into contact with Mr. Rabitz by a funny coincidence, for which we are very grateful in retrospect! We immediately felt that we were in very professional hands with him. However, it was very challenging for us that the sales process took much longer than Mr. Rabitz had advised in the initial meeting. This was not his fault, but it did raise false expectations and stretched our patience for a long time. Nevertheless, we would hire Mr. Rabitz again at any time, because he was available for us around the clock, always arranged all necessary next steps at very short notice - and finally realized an absolute dream result for us! All the best furthermore & gladly again.

Mr. Rabitz has been everything you want from a realtor (which unfortunately is not what you can expect from most realtors these days). We found his listing of an apartment in Berlin and from the moment we started exchanging information, he was super helpful, very knowledgeable and relatable. He helped us through the entire process and also came up with remodeling ideas etc. We are very happy with our purchase and the entire experience and highly recommended Mr. Rabitz. His international mindset makes him a good fit for English speaking customers as well.

Peter Rabitz owner of Rabitz Property Consulting Berlin has not only served as a real estate broker in the sale of our exclusive High End apartment in Berlin-Charlottenburg but also as a competent and reliable business partner.

Peter Rabitz has a great knowledge especially of the Berlin real estate marketing and was able to suggest a fair and realistic price for the property. He introduced the apartment to a selected group of suitable clients and it was successfully sold within 3 months.

Before hiring Peter we had one f the largest agencies in Berlin to sell the property... unfortunately we weren't happy; we actually saw how their potential buyers got distracted with the other offers they had, and ended up not having even one serious buyer for us.
With Peter it was the exact opposite experience: very few viewings led very fast to few serious potential buyers, who got the full attention of Peter who finalized with the lucky family... Peter consulted the buyers through the whole process including the finance and brought the deal to a great result for all parties, professionally.
We absolutely recommend hiring Peter whether to sell your property, or search for you for your dream home.

Rabitz Property Consulting was instrumental in finding our new home in Berlin. Peter Rabitz was available also at inconvenient times, on Sundays and always helpful in providing insights. The final transaction was not as straightforward as the standard property transaction, however Peter Rabitz helped by finding a knowledgeable and impartial notary with the required expertise to get to a fair deal for both sides.

We can recommend Mr. Rabitz without reservation! Mr. Rabitz is not only professional and reliable, but also prudent and forward-looking. We would also like to thank Mr. Rabitz for his advice before and after the actual transaction. That was and is not a matter of course! For real estate buyers, the fees in Berlin are rather painful. Peter is an incredible real estate agent and he was extremely patient and kind throughout a rather hectic purchasing process. He's a wealth of information and can connect a buyer with a good team, from a property lawyer to mortgage broker to notary. As a non-German speaker, it was quite daunting navigating what was to me a completely foreign process so it was immensely helpful to have a trustworthy professional by my side. I would highly recommend.
