We are absolutely satisfied with our fireplace from Ramfire fireplaces. The fireplace fully meets our expectations. The chimney extension, also masoned by Ramfire, fits very well with the delivered fireplace and thus results in an all-around successful overall picture.

Is a richte good, very friendly team. However, I find in my case that an installation over an hour with over 1000 euros (incl. VAT) is too high, And I helped even with transport.

Basically, our installations are offered at a fixed price, which also includes travel to and from the site and other prearrangements and follow-up work. The fixed price serves to a large extent also for the security for our customers. Sometimes it can really go faster than planned. However, we try very hard to treat all our customers equally. I would still suggest that we should talk about it again. I think we can do you a little favor there. By the way, I am very pleased that you were satisfied with the product and our service.
