I am highly satisfied with the performance of this law firm. My claims due to a flight delay in the amount of 1600 euros were recognized by Eurowings 9 days after request and were in my account another 10 days later. Apparently the airlines know who they are dealing with when they receive the automated letter from Ratis and do not risk "playing games".
Fun Fact: Immediately after landing, we and all the other passengers had been approached while still at the airport by a provider from a commission-based vendor and urged to process our claims through them. The commission would have been gigantic: 600 euros! When we declined and explained that we wanted to collect without commission, we were told in a disgusted and venomous manner: "Well, good luck then. But without us you have no chance." How wrong he was!
We have successfully enforced our claims for damages against an airline through these lawyers. Clear website and understandable form. No commission is taken here, we got the full amount of 1200 € ( 2 persons). In this context, many thanks again to Jonatan Hendrich and Tobias Gerauer.
